RESERVING YOUR DATES

If you would like to reserve dates for your stay in the apartment you may do so by email. You will not be asked for any payment to reserve dates. However you will be asked to make full payment of the accommodation charge prior to the rental period and as a condition of access.
 

PRICING/ PAYMENT

Payment of the accommodation charge for your stay must be made in advance.

Payment is preferred in Euros.

The rate for your stay will be confirmed when you reserve your dates.

The daily rate will be reduced for a rental period of more than a week and further reduced for a rental period of more than a month.

The accommodation rate does not include the cleaning/laundry charges and service fee payable to our Paris representative (who will meet you and introduce you to the apartment).
 
The cleaning/laundry charges and service fee must be paid in Euros directly to our Paris representative on arrival. The amounts will be confirmed when you reserve your dates. As a guide, the service fee is currently 150 euros and cleaning/laundry charges average 95 euros. The final cleaning/laundry charge may vary depending on the number of persons and the length of stay.
 
The arrangements for the payment of the charges and confirmation of your booking will be agreed with you on reservation of your dates.
 
A security deposit is not normally required, but may be requested in exceptional circumstances. Any security deposit held will be refunded promptly after the return of keys and satisfactory inspection for damage or loss. (If extra cleaning is required this will also need to be paid prior to return of the security deposit)

Arrival and Welcome

You will be met on your arrival at the apartment by our friendly representative in Paris, James. (If James is not able to meet you he will arrange for another person to meet you instead.)

It is therefore essential that you confirm your date and time of arrival as soon as possible.

On confirmation of your booking and prior to your arrival you will be given the email address and mobile phone number for James. It will be your responsibility to ensure James is notified of the date and time of arrival or of any delay. This is essential to ensure James is able to meet you at the apartment when you arrive.

James will show you into the apartment, give you instructions on the use of appliances, and generally make you feel welcome and comfortable. He will give you the keys. There will be 2 sets of keys available.
