"We had a fabulous time in Paris and loved staying at your apartment. It is such a good location and very comfortable. The weather was perfect so we spent most the time walking so didn't go to any galleries except foundation Louis Vuitton which is itself a huge sculpture and photographer's heaven. A friend drove us to Chateau Champs-sur-Marne which is a lovely small chateau about an hours drive east of Paris. Well worth a visit and very few people."

“Game Changer”
This is the first time we have opted for an apartment instead of a hotel and it didn’t disappoint, the apartment provided all the comforts of home that a hotel can never deliver, location was superb within walking distance of everything from Notre Dame, louvre, latin quarter, fantastic patisseries, cafes, bars, shopping, grocers, we could go on and on about the location but I don’t think we could do it justice, we wanted to visit Paris and that is exactly what we got when we booked this apartment, the real Paris, we would like to give a big thanks to Shelly also who met us at the apartment as she was fantastic in finding out what we wanted from the trip and then proceeded to arm us with all the information we needed, including some great advise on visiting the usual tourist spots, thanks Shelly, would we recommend this apartment to anyone? Yes is the answer, we would recommend it to every one, great apartment, great location, excellent experience, we will definitely be coming back and we will definitely be staying in this apartment again, Thank you again.

“A Great Location For Exploring Paris”

We enjoyed our month-long rental of this unit. We found it exactly as described upon arrival. It always seems larger in the photos but the size worked for us (2 adults). The welcome by the agent was much appreciated as she fully explained how to use the amenities provided in the unit. The washer/dryer combo unit worked well once we figured out how to use it properly. The WiFi access was excellent from a reliability and speed standpoint. There were also a number of DVD’s available for viewing which we took advantage of. The location of this unit is very good for exploring Paris. You are less than 10 minutes walk to the Seine River and many of the primary tourist attractions. The closest metro station is a block away so very convenient to access other zones of the city. The neighbourhood is also vary convenient as you have restaurants, bakeries and shops just outside the unit a few steps away.

“Love this apartment and this neighborhood”

I have stayed in this apartment twice. It’s perfect. Great building close to the metro or bus stop, and there are a lot of places to eat and a grocery store 1/2 a block away. Will definitely book again.

“Perfect Paris Location”
You should stay here. You will be happy. I have been to Paris many times. This trip I brought 3 adult family members that had never visited the city before. We were all very happy with the apartment. The apartment was a great choice for our trip. Located perfectly in the Marais, with restaurants and bars down the street. You can walk to Notre Dame and all the major sites from the apartment. Some days we took the Metro (which is just around the corner). Plenty of places to eat and a very convenient grocery store around the corner (from Band-Aids to a huge wine selection). The apartment was nice. It was clean and met our needs. We cooked two nights and had breakfast there as well.
The rental team is phenomenal. The process of renting, paying, communicating before during and after the trip were perfect. Simple, honest, friendly and straight-forward. My deposit was refunded before within days. The agent that met us at the apartment walked us through everything we needed to know. From how to access the building to operating the washer/dryer. If you are going to Paris and looking for a convenient, comfortable and safe apartment that is centrally located, absolutely stay here.

"I would definitely recommend this property"
This apartment was very clean, well maintained and exactly as represented on line including amenities. There was someone there to meet us and orient us to our surroundings answering any questions and making himself available by cell phone. The location is within walking distance of the metro, sightseeing and many cafes. I would definitely recommend this property to a relative or a friend.

“Great, safe location on Rue St. Martin”
We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris. Great, safe location on Rue St. Martin, short walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants and Pompidou museum… Not too far to walk to the Seine, Notre Dame, Montorgueil farmer’s market…The apt is also close to metro stations (Rambuteau and Etienne Marcel), and it’s pretty easy to catch a cab nearby, or call one. The apt was very clean and comfortable with internet access and all the basic things you expect. The english speaking agent who met us at the apt was very friendly and helpful explaining the apt details and neighborhood and even gave us great tips on nightlife. We stayed about a week and loved this place.
